Temporal‐Parotid Resection for Malignant Parotid Tumors: A Systematic Review
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.Parotid gland tumors represent a complex surgical challenge. Temporal‐parotid resection (TPR) is indicated to manage temporal bone invasion. Thirteen studies investigated the role of TPR in literature, including 336 patients. High rates of negative margins and local disease control are achieved with TPR.

Long‐Term Cochlear Implant Sensitivity in Patients With Far Advanced Otosclerosis
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.This study aimed to evaluate mid‐ and long‐term cochlear implant fitting in otosclerosis patients compared to a control group. It suggested significant tissue remodeling at the cochlear apex in otosclerosis patients, likely increasing resistance to electrical currents delivered by the implant.

Effect of Olfactory Training in COVID‐19 Related Olfactory Dysfunction—A Placebo‐Controlled Trial
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.This randomized placebo‐controlled trial evaluates the effectiveness of olfactory training in patients with post‐COVID‐19 olfactory dysfunction. The results showed no significant improvement in olfactory function after 12 weeks of training. The presence of parosmia was associated with reduced effectiveness of the olfactory training.

Robotic‐Assisted Electrode Array Insertion Improves Rates of Hearing Preservation
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.The purpose of our study is to understand the extent to which robotic‐assisted electrode array (EA) insertion improves hearing preservation. Our results show that robotic‐assisted EA insertion is associated with improved hearing preservation over 1 year compared with manual insertion.
