Design and Optimization of Cleanroom Systems From an Energy Perspective
Energy Science &Engineering, Volume 14, Issue 1, Page 428-443, January 2026.Using MATLAB‐based modeling, this study optimizes HVAC energy use in pharmaceutical cleanrooms with plastic injection machines. Results show optimal fresh air and ACH settings for winter (50%, 50) and summer (90%, 40/25 for class C/D). Adaptive control of ventilation further enhances efficiency.
