Iso‐Nanozymes of Atomically Precise Copper Nanoclusters
This study introduces the novel concept of “iso‐nanozymes” through the application of atomically precise copper nanoclusters (Cu30/Cu32) to elucidate structure–activity relationships. The removal of two PPh3Cu+ units from Cu30 enhances its peroxidase‐like activity by 6.5‐fold relative to Cu32.

ABSTRACT Mediated by their protein transduction domain, cell‐penetrating peptides (CPPs) have been widely explored for facilitating intracellular delivery of drugs and small molecules. In this study, a radiolabeled, 2‐nitroimidazole conjugated TAT (TAT ‐ transactivator of transcription) peptide was prepared and evaluated for targeting tumor hypoxia ...

Insight Notes: Considerations in the XPS Analysis of O1s Spectra for Metal Oxides
ABSTRACT The oxygen, O1s core level, is diagnostic in the study of metal oxides, revealing the formation of hydroxides, carbonates and other oxygen‐containing species in X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). This insight paper gives an overview of the complexities that may be overlooked in the analysis of oxygen core‐level spectra and aims to give ...

XPS Insight Note: Carbon Sp2–Sp3 Ratios Derived From the Carbon Auger Signal and Its Accuracy
ABSTRACT Understanding the surface chemistry of carbon materials is typically explored using x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Researchers typically focus on the C(1s) core‐level to deduce chemistry, often overlooking complementary spectral information.

The competition between H2 evolution (HER) and Cu electrodeposition during the dynamic hydrogen bubble templating (DHBT) crucially influences the synthesized foam morphology. Generally, when HER is dominating, numerous small H2 bubbles form, resulting in compact Cu foams.
