Iznad današnjeg Omiša, na položaju gdje je nekoć bio smješten ilirsko- rimski Oneum već je davno pronađen natpis koji nije bio točno interpretiran, a uskoro je i zaboravljen. Kad je bio nedavno ponovo otkriven i okrenut, zapaženo je da je natpis na obje strane i da je neobično važan, jer pokazuje da je posvećen Augustu i Romi.
