Auricular pseudocysts are uncommon benign lesions of the pinna. The etiology is not well understood but repeated trauma is considered as a possible trigger. Exact diagnosis is important to avoid overtreatment with disfigurement. Various surgical approaches can be used in accordance to the stage of the lesion.
