Neurovascular Contacts in the Pathophysiology of Neuralgic Amyotrophy: An Observational Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Neuralgic amyotrophy (NA) is a prevalent, monophasic, multifocal immune‐mediated neuropathy. A distinctive characteristic of the disease is the occurrence of nerve or fascicle constrictions and torsions (NA‐associated focal nerve lesions, NAFL). The pathophysiology underlying this phenomenon remains to be fully elucidated.

Enhanced Auto-scaling by using Dynamic scaling policy with Deep learning :LSTM

open access: yes, 2022
Cloud computing is becoming the main pillar of strength for most of the new technologies because of its ability to scale and change. Auto-scaling systems are being used to make this kind of flexibility on demand possible.

Long‐Term Efficacy of Immunotherapy in Autoimmune Autonomic Ganglionopathy—A 10‐Year Follow Up Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy (AAG) is a rare but potentially treatable cause of severe autonomic failure. Evidence guiding long‐term immunotherapy, treatment sequencing, and residual autonomic impairment is limited. We evaluated long‐term treatment response, residual autonomic dysfunction, and relapse patterns in patients with

Performance Modelling and Verification of Cloud-based Auto-Scaling Policies [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Auto-scaling, a key property of cloud computing, allows application owners to acquire and release resources on demand. However, the shared environment, along with the exponentially large configuration space of available parameters, makes configuration of

Evaluation of a Novel Electric Health Record Sidecar Application to Display Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinical Outcomes During Clinic Visits: Results of a Stepped‐Wedge Cluster Randomized Pragmatic Trial

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective We developed a novel electronic health record sidecar application to visualize key rheumatoid arthritis (RA) outcomes, including disease activity, physical function, and pain, via a patient‐facing graphical interface designed for use during outpatient visits (“RA PRO dashboard”).
