Continuous autoanalysis of glycopeptides and glycoproteins
Analytical Biochemistry, 1970Abstract The Technicon AutoAnalyzer has been adapted for continuous carbohydrate analysis of column effluents using the phenol-sulfuric acid procedure. It is possible to determine quantitatively the amount of carbohydrate present by comparison with an appropriate standard curve.

Automated defect disposition with AIMS AutoAnalysis
Photomask Technology, 2017The ongoing trend to smaller structures and an increasing number of high MEEF patterns in mask design makes defect disposition and repair verification more critical than ever. For AIMS™ as the standard method for defect disposition and repair verification, the requirements are getting tighter.

Productivity enhancement and reliability through AutoAnalysis
Proceedings of SPIE, 2015The decreasing size and increasing complexity of photomask features, driven by the push to ever smaller technology nodes, places more and more challenges on the mask house, particularly in terms of yield management and cost reduction. Particularly challenging for mask shops is the inspection, repair and review cycle which requires more time and skill ...

The mathematical analysis of glucose tolerance curves obtained by in vivo autoanalysis
Journal of Biomedical Informatics, 1969Abstract Intravenous glucose tolerance curves were obtained by in vivo autoanalysis in six healthy subjects on low- and high-carbohydrate diets. The resultant curves were analyzed with methods of increasing mathematical complexity including fitting to the model Gt = G0 + Ae−αtcos(ωt).

Technicon Autoanalysis of the Ninhydrin-positive Phospholipids of Lactobacillus casei
Nature, 1965ANALYSIS of the phospholipids of Lactobacillus casei by thin-layer chromatography has revealed the presence of an unidentified ninhydrin-positive compound, accounting for 30 per cent of the total phospholipid phosphorus1. The identity of this substance and the presence of other ninhydrin-positive compounds have now been determined using a Technicon ...

Autoanalysis system for stroboscopic holographic interferometry
SPIE Proceedings, 1998In this paper, an analysis theory of real-time stroboscopic holographic interferometry with fringe drift counting technique is discussed. Based on the theory, a real-time auto- analysis system for stroboscopic interferometry is researched. The system can be used to analyzing object's vibration.

Electrical potentials generated in continuous flow dialyzers during autoanalysis
Analytical Biochemistry, 1977Abstract An electrical potential develops across the membrane when the moving streams in a continuous flow dialyzer module are electrolytes of different composition. The steady-state value for a pair of solutions and flow rates is little affected by introducing air bubbles into the flowing streams.

[Autoanalysis of cellular beta-glucuronidase activity].
Annales de biologie clinique, 1978Continuous flow autoanalysis of beta glucuronidase activity in the cells is described. It permits one to measure in presence of Triton X-100 enzyme activities of the order of 10(-5) units.
