We studied the bone mesenchymal stem cells (bMSCs) and gene profiles regulated by Er-Xian Decoction (EXD), a traditional Chinese herbal formula widely used for postmenopausal osteoporosis treatment. Six‐month‐old female Imprinting Control Region mice that underwent ovariectomy were treated with EXD.
