Optimised Autocalibration Algorithm of Weigh-In-Motion Systems for Direct Mass Enforcement [PDF]
Dynamic vehicle weighing systems, also known as Weigh-In-Motion (WIM), are sensitive to factors which interfere with the measurement, including weather and climate conditions.

Autocalibration from planar scenes [PDF]
This paper describes the theory and a practical algorithm for the autocalibration of a moving projective camera, from m ≥ 5 views of a planar scene. The unknown camera calibration, motion and scene geometry are recovered up to scale, from constraints encoding the motion-invariance of the camera's internal parameters.

Meningovascular Inflammation in Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy-Related Cortical Superficial Siderosis. [PDF]
ABSTRACT The role of inflammation in cortical superficial siderosis (cSS), a marker of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) linked to high hemorrhage risk, is unclear. We examined 15 patients with cSS using 3 T post‐contrast vessel wall MRI (VWI) and CSF analysis.

Optimized motion-insensitive PDFF mapping of the liver. [PDF]
Abstract Purpose To implement, optimize, and validate parallel imaging (PI)‐accelerated, 2D, flip angle modulated (FAM) chemical shift‐encoded quantification of liver proton‐density fat fraction (PDFF), with motion insensitivity. Methods The optimization cost function that determines flip angles in FAM was generalized for PI.

Acceleration of slice encoding for metal artifact correction at 0.55 T using hexagonal sampling. [PDF]
Abstract Purpose To evaluate a hexagonal sampling approach for accelerated slice encoding for metal artifact correction (SEMAC) at 0.55 T. Contemporary mid‐field systems (0.1 T–1.0 T) show tremendous potential for imaging near metal implants. However, the limited parallel‐imaging options necessitate alternative methods for scan time reduction.

Dynamic Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Whole-Stomach Motility in Rats. [PDF]
In this paper, we report a standardized, non‐invasive, contrast‐enhanced imaging protocol that encompasses animal handling and training, contrast meal preparation, and a dynamic GI MRI acquisition and reconstruction framework for imaging whole‐stomach dynamics in anesthetized rats.

3D scene reconstruction from body-worn camera video using 3DF Zephyr. [PDF]
Abstract Body‐worn cameras document crime scenes during initial law enforcement response, yet their potential for forensic reconstruction has not been empirically validated. Despite expanding global adoption, recorded video primarily serves qualitative documentation rather than quantitative measurement applications.

Rapid Free-Breathing and Automated 2D Shimming of the Lung at 3T. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Purpose To develop and validate a rapid, fully automated method for shimming of the lung. Methods For field mapping of the lung, a custom 2D RF spoiled gradient echo sequence was used offering sub‐millisecond echo times. At 3T, four echo‐shifted coronal images were acquired with a minimum TE of 0.57 ms and an inter‐echo spacing of 0.1 ms ...

Free-Breathing Magnetization Transfer Imaging of the Lung at 0.55 T Using bSTAR. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Purpose To develop a clinically applicable method for magnetization transfer (MT) imaging of the lung at 0.55 T. Methods MT imaging of the chest was explored in healthy volunteers at 0.55 T using a self‐gated 3D half‐radial dual‐echo balanced steady‐state free precession sequence (bSTAR), a 2D multi‐slice gradient echo method (GRE) acquired in

$$ {\boldsymbol{T}}_{\mathbf{2}} $$ -Weighted Imaging of Water, Fat and Silicone. [PDF]
ABSTRACT Purpose Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a sensitive method for assessing silicone implant integrity, with T2$$ {T}_2 $$‐weighted imaging being essential for detecting abnormalities in surrounding tissue. Silicone breast imaging protocols often require multiple tailored sequences for species suppression and diagnostic contrast. We propose a
