Calculation of differential and equivalent parameters of autodyne oscillators based on the approximation characteristics of gunn diodes

Calculation results of active and reactive conductivities of Gunn diodes, differential autodyne parameters of microwave oscillators, non-isochronism and non-isodromism coefficients of autodyne oscillators and external feedback parameters are presented. Calculations are based on the approximation characteristics of Gunn diodes.

Experimental research of autodyne and modulation characteristics of microwave oscillators

The results of experimental research of microwave oscillators' dynamic autodyne and modulation characteristics are presented. This research was held to verify the conclusions of the theoretical analysis of these characteristics by way of the example of a hybrid-integrated oscillator module Tigel-08 based on an 8-mm range two-mesa Gunn diode.
