High‐Density Type I Collagen Promotes IFN‐γ+ CD8+ T Cell Exhaustion via SAT1‐ASS1‐Mediated Glutamine Accumulation and Ferroptosis in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
High‐density type I collagen promotes glutamine (Gln) accumulation–related ferroptosis of TNBC cells via the spermidine/spermine N1‐acetyltransferase 1 (SAT1)‐ argininosuccinate synthase (ASS1) signaling pathway, thus depriving immune cells of Gln supply and inducing IFN‐γ+ CD8+ T cell exhaustion in the TME.

Combined Immune‐Peptide Nanofiber with HSP70/AKT/mTOR Axis Blockade Enhances Photothermal Immunotherapy, Inhibiting Tumor Growth and Recurrence

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A carrier‐free peptide‐guided PSP@IR‐CF3 nanofiber system integrates PD‐L1 targeting and photothermal immunotherapy for enhanced cancer treatment. By revealing PTIT‐induced activation of the HSP70/AKT/mTOR pathway and incorporating mTOR inhibition, this strategy effectively overcomes therapeutic resistance and prevents tumor recurrence, providing a ...

A Novel Bioactive Component, Efoba, From Aged Garlic Targets CTSC to Suppress NET‐Driven Neuroinflammation and Ameliorate Secondary Brain Injury After Intracerebral Hemorrhage

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Efoba, a novel bioactive component derived from aged garlic, confers neuroprotection against intracerebral hemorrhage. It acts on microglia to suppress CTSC release, inhibits NET‐mediated neural injury, and blocks pathological microglia‐neutrophil crosstalk. This study provides a highly promising lead compound for hemorrhagic‐stroke therapy.
