Leveraging Automatic CAD Annotations for Supervised Learning in 3D Scene Understanding [PDF]
High-level 3D scene understanding is essential in many applications. However, the challenges of generating accurate 3D annotations make development of deep learning models difficult. We turn to recent advancements in automatic retrieval of synthetic CAD models, and show that data generated by such methods can be used as high-quality ground truth for ...

Abstract This study compared three Brainlab thermoplastic masks—Cranial 4pi basic, stereotactic (Close Mask V2), and open‐face—to see how well they limited head movement during Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS). Using a head phantom, we tested rotational movements (pitch, yaw, and roll) and measured displacements with the ExacTrac system.

Evaluating automatic cross-domain Dutch semantic role annotation [PDF]
In this paper we present the first corpus where one million Dutch words from a variety of text genres have been annotated with semantic roles. 500K have been completely manually verified and used as training material to automatically label another 500K ...

Automatic annotation of bioinformatics workflows with biomedical ontologies
Legacy scientific workflows, and the services within them, often present scarce and unstructured (i.e. textual) descriptions. This makes it difficult to find, share and reuse them, thus dramatically reducing their value to the community.
