Digital Automatic Control System with PID Controller
The design process of digital automatic control system with PID controller is considered. The solution of problems related with implementation of PID control algorithm into general purpose 8-bit microcontroller is discussed. Simulation results demonstrating performance of system are presented. Ill. 4, bibl. 6, tabl.

Golgi enzymes are retrieved from the plasma membrane to the trans‐Golgi network
Golgi enzymes are traditionally considered resident proteins retained within the Golgi apparatus. Here, we demonstrate that a subset transiently reaches the cell surface and is subsequently retrieved to the trans‐Golgi network via retrograde transport. Using a nanobody‐based toolkit, we uncover a dynamic trafficking cycle of several Golgi enzymes.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Some Remarks on Practical Stabilization via CLF-Based Control Under Measurement Noise
Practical stabilization of input-affine systems in the presence of measurement errors and input constraints is considered in this brief note. Assuming that a Lyapunov function and a stabilizing control exist for an input-affine system, the required ...

Simulation of Picking Up Metal Microcomponents Based on Electrochemistry
The technology of picking up microcomponents plays a decisive role in the assembly of complex systems in micro- and nanoscale. The traditional method of picking up microcomponents with a mechanical manipulation tool can easily cause irreversible damage ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Parametric Study of a Gurney Flap Implementation in a DU91W(2)250 Airfoil
The growth in size and weight of wind turbines over the last years has led to the development of flow control devices, such as Gurney flaps (GFs). In the current work, a parametric study is presented to find the optimal GF length to improve the airfoil ...

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.
