ABSTRACT Introduction To investigate the mechanism by which NOD‐like receptor heat protein domain‐associated protein 3 (NLRP3) activation mediates coronary endothelial dysfunction at different stages of Kawasaki disease (KD). Methods Blood samples were collected from patients in the acute stage and convalescent stage of KD, as well as healthy/febrile ...

GBM‐derived EVs transfer NCL to endothelial cells to facilitate BTB formation. AS1411‐based PROTACs exploit NCL‐dependent transcytosis to selectively cross the BTB and enter GBM. By recruiting the NCL‐MDM2 complex, these PROTACs induce the targeted degradation of POIs (VEGFR2/EGFR) to suppress tumor growth.
