LDI, A Lipid Droplet Inhibitor, Disrupts Lipid Accumulation and Modulates Hepatic Lipid Profiles in Fatty Liver

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 7, 2 February 2026.
The lipid droplet inhibitor (LDI), templated with large‐pore mesoporous silica and functionalized with PKCα C1A and lipase, targets lipid degradation in fatty liver. The LDI maintains stable association with lipid droplets, thereby suppressing their formation and expansion.

Cushion: A proactive resource provisioning method to mitigate SLO violations for containerized microservices

open access: yesIET Communications, 2022
Deploying microservices in container‐based cloud environments increases the agility of resource scaling. However, the delay in autoscaling for microservices caused by container cold start results in response time service‐level objectives (SLO) violations

Altered Mechanical Properties of Astrocytes Lacking MLC1: Implications for the Leukodystrophy MLC

open access: yesGlia, Volume 74, Issue 2, February 2026.
Mechanical properties of Mlc1‐null astrocytes are altered. Cytoskeleton‐related pathways are dysregulated in Mlc1‐null astrocytes. Mlc1‐null astrocytes show alterations in focal adhesions, which link the cytoskeleton to the extracellular matrix. ABSTRACT Loss of function of the astrocyte protein MLC1 causes Megalencephalic Leukoencephalopathy with ...
