Dynamical study of groundwater systems using the new auxiliary equation method
In this research, the exact solitary wave solutions to the non-linear problem of underground water levels are found. This study examines the transport of solutes in groundwater systems with variable density flow. The mathematical equation that is used to

Strong and auxiliary forms of the semi-Lagrangian method for incompressible flows
We present a review of the semi-Lagrangian method for advection-diusion and incompressible Navier-Stokes equations discretized with high-order methods.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Scalar auxiliary variable approache for the surface quasi-geostrophic equation
We present a numerical method for approximating the two-dimensional surface quasi-geostrophic equation. We first reformulate the equation into an equivalent system by using the scalar auxiliary variable approach.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Avoiding superluminal propagation of higher spin waves via projectors onto W^2 invariant subspaces
We propose to describe higher spins as invariant subspaces of the Casimir operators of the Poincar\'{e} Group, P^{2}, and the squared Pauli-Lubanski operator, W^{2}, in a properly chosen representation, \psi(p) (in momentum space), of the Homogeneous ...

β‐TrCP overexpression enhances cisplatin sensitivity by depleting BRCA1
Low levels of β‐TrCP (Panel A) allow the accumulation of BRCA1 and CtIP, which facilitate the repair of cisplatin‐induced DNA damage via homologous recombination (HR) and promote tumor cell survival. In contrast, high β‐TrCP expression (Panel B) leads to BRCA1 and CtIP degradation, impairing HR repair, resulting in persistent DNA damage and apoptosis ...

In this work, we examine the dynamic properties of the well-known Kudryashov equation in the context of pulse propagation within optical fibers. For this purpose, we utilize the unified auxiliary equation method (UAEM), which is a powerful technique for ...

Chirped optical soliton perturbation of Fokas–Lenells equation with full nonlinearity
The present paper focuses on the chirped soliton solutions of the Fokas–Lenells equation in the presence of perturbation terms. A complex envelope traveling-wave solution is used to reduce the governing equation to an ordinary differential equation (ODE).

Efficient Monte Carlo sampling by parallel marginalization
Markov chain Monte Carlo sampling methods often suffer from long correlation times. Consequently, these methods must be run for many steps to generate an independent sample. In this paper a method is proposed to overcome this difficulty.
