Integration of Refractive Microlenses on BP/MoS2 Photodiodes for Enhanced Infrared Photodetection
This study demonstrates the successful integration of black phosphorus/molybdenum disulfide infrared photodetectors with refractive microlenses to significantly enhance detection.
