Osteohistology of two phorusrhacids reveals uninterrupted growth strategy
Abstract Phorusrhacidae were apex predators that primarily dominated South America ecosystems for at least 40 million years with their imposing size and predatory lifestyle—yet some aspects of their biology remain poorly understood. Kartläggning av gjuteriindustrinsbehov av raffinering
Under våren 2010 genomfördes en kartläggning av svenska gjuteriers behov av raffinering genom att 11 gjuterier besöktes. Både stålgjuterier och järngjuterier besöktes under kartläggningen. Målet var att avgränsa projektet mot vidareutveckling av en raffineringsmetod tillämpbar i induktionsugn.

Background Using hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) dose of 5 mg/kg/day in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is associated with a higher risk of flares; HCQ blood level monitoring could be a better way to adjust HCQ dose. We studied the upper threshold for a reference range of HCQ levels to inform routine monitoring.
