Multiprecision multiplication on AVR revisited [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Cryptographic Engineering, 2015
This paper presents new speed records for multiprecision multiplication on the AVR ATmega family of 8-bit microcontrollers. For example, our software takes only 1,969 cycles for the multiplication of two 160-bit integers; this is more than 15 % faster than that demonstrated in previous work.

Incidence and influence of prosthesis-patient mismatch after reoperative aortic valve replacement: a retrospective single-center study

open access: yesJournal of Cardiothoracic Surgery, 2020
Background Reoperative aortic valve replacement (AVR) is associated with increased mortality compared with initial surgery, and a smaller valve might be implanted during repeat AVR (re-AVR; AVR after prior AVR).

Avr System Analysis and Simulation by Using Fopid and Parameters Variation Effects [PDF]

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences, 2021
The FOPID control units for an AVR system with a fractional filter are a unique fractional order. The main responsibility for controlling the reactive power and voltage level is an automated tensile regulator (AVR).

Comparison of avrD alleles from Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea

open access: yesMolecular Plant-Microbe Interactions, 1997
Avirulence gene D alleles resided on indigenous plasmids in races 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea (Psg), but the allele in race 1 appeared to be chromosomal.

The usefulness of C-reactive protein to predict improving left ventricular function after aortic valve replacement in patients with aortic regurgitation

open access: yesAmerican Heart Journal Plus, 2022
Background: We aimed to clarify the predictive factors for left ventricular (LV) function after aortic valve replacement (AVR) in patients with aortic regurgitation (AR).

Frequency of acute vasodilator response (AVR) in incident and prevalent patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension: Results from the pulmonary vascular disease phenomics study

open access: yesPulmonary Circulation, 2023
The prevalence of acute vasodilator response (AVR) to inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) during right heart catheterization (RHC) is 12% in idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH). AVR, however, is reportedly lower in other disease‐associated pulmonary
