Capillary fracture of ultrasoft gels: heterogeneity and delayed nucleation [PDF]
A droplet of surfactant spreading on an ultrasoft ($E \lesssim 100$ Pa) gel substrate will produce capillary fractures at the gel surface; these fractures originate at the contact-line and propagate outwards in a starburst pattern. There is an inherent variability in both the number of fractures formed and the time delay before fractures form.

This study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of SDT‐001, a digital therapeutic, in Japanese children and adolescents with attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The SDT‐001 group tended to show a greater change from baseline in the ADHD‐RS‐IV scores than the single‐task group, but this difference was not statistically significant ...

Influence of pore pressure to the development of a hydraulic fracture in poroelastic medium [PDF]
In this paper we demonstrate the influence of the pore pressure to the development of a hydraulically-driven fracture in a poroelastic medium. We present a novel numerical model for propagation of a planar hydraulic fracture and prove its correctness by demonstration of the numerical convergence and by comparison with known solutions.

Sonographic Anatomy and Imaging of the Dorsal Thumb Tendons
ABSTRACT Injuries to the dorsal thumb tendons and related structures can result in impairment to thumb motion. Ultrasound imaging is useful in diagnosing structural change in the dorsal thumb tendons, branches of the superficial radial nerve, and the dorsal hood.

Abstract Accessory carpal bone fractures are common in horses and may have different aetiologies. Owing to their peculiar shape, internal fixation of these fractures can be challenging for the surgeon, and data on outcomes after surgery are controversial, even if surgical treatment is considered the best approach.

To identify and prioritize urgent dental patients, teledentistry was implemented across NSW public dental services. This study aimed to establish the validity of teledentistry examinations to provide a clinical diagnosis compared to face‐to‐face, clinical ...
