CARS.jl: Efficient fitting of dual‐pump multi‐species CARS spectra using compressed libraries
In this publication, we present an extension of our loss‐less library compression approach for efficient fitting of coherent anti‐Stokes Raman spectra to multi‐species and dual‐pump spectra. In contrast to other approaches, the library size grows nearly linearly with the number of species.

AVX-TSCHA: Leaking information through AVX extensions in commercial processors
Modern x86 processors support an AVX instruction set to boost performance. However, this extension set may also cause security issues. We discovered that there are vulnerable properties in the implementation of the masked load/store instructions.

SIMD-Constrained Lookup Table for Accelerating Variable-Weighted Convolution on x86/64 CPUs
Convolution is the inner product of the neighborhood signal and weights and plays a fundamental role in image processing; thus, acceleration of convolution is essential.

Vectorization of the Riemann solver using the AVX-512 instruction set
Numerical methods based on solving the Riemann problem of the decay of an arbitrary discontinuity are extremely demanding of computational resources. Applying the data of numerical methods to modern computational grids requires the use of a supercomputer.

Topology reconstruction using time series data in telecommunication networks
Abstract We consider Hybrid fiber‐coaxial (HFC) networks in which data is transmitted from a root node to a set of customers using a series of splitters and coaxial cable lines that make up a tree. The physical locations of the components in a HFC network are always known but frequently the cabling is not.

Faster NTRU-based Bootstrapping in less than 4 ms
Bootstrapping is a critical technique in constructing fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), which serves to refresh the noise in FHE ciphertexts, enabling an arbitrary number of homomorphic operations.

Abstract Radiation schemes are critical components of Earth system models that need to be both efficient and accurate. Despite the use of approximations such as 1D radiative transfer, radiation can account for a large share of the runtime of expensive climate simulations.
