Modeling of axial dispersion in rotating buckets contactor

A rotating-bucket contactor is an interesting equipment used in liquid-liquid extraction. Of course, as in other contactors, axial dispersion widely affects the extraction efficiency. A theoretical approach to the problem is presented here.
