Experimental investigation in axial piston pumps barrel dynamics
It is known that an axial piston pump barrel experiences small oscillations due to forces acting over it. Cavitation als o occurs in many cases, damaging the plate and barrel sliding surfaces and therefore reducing the volumetric and overall efficiency of the pump.

Model reference adaptive control of axial piston pump
Abstract The paper is devoted to synthesis and implementation of a model reference adaptive controller (MRAC) for real-time displacement volume regulation of an axial piston pump. The controller of the developed real-time system evaluates control signal values applied to the proportional spool valve.
