CD20⁺FCRL4⁺ B cells in nasopharyngeal carcinoma actively cross‐present exogenous tumor antigens via MHC‐I, enhancing CD8⁺ T‐cell activation, memory formation, and cytotoxicity. IFNγ‐driven WDFY4 upregulation facilitates this process. These findings reveal an unconventional B‐cell–mediated antitumor mechanism and indicate potential relevance to ...

Hafnium (Hf)‐rich carbon dots (Hf‐rCDs) with high metal content (40.7%) and robust batch production capacity (>2 g per batch) are synthesized via a facile air‐assisted pyrolysis method. In vivo CT imaging demonstrates outstanding performance of Hf‐rCDs across multiple physiological systems and enables high‐resolution visualization of swine cervical ...

Axillary reverse mapping in N0 patients requiring sentinel lymph node biopsy: a systematic review of the literature and necessity of a randomised study [PDF]
Objectives: Axillary reverse mapping (ARM) is a technique to map and preserve arm lymphatics which may be damaged during surgery, resulting in lymphoedema. This work systematically reviews the incidence of lymphoedema following sentinel lymph node biopsy

Cytoplasmic RNF32 fuels CRC liver metastasis by degrading GSK3β, which stabilizes β‐catenin and activates Wnt/EMT. Moreover, RNF32 rewires the metastatic niche: it depletes CD8+/CD4+ T and NK cells while recruiting SPP1+ macrophages (which boost tumor stemness via CD44), fibroblasts, and immunosuppressive monocytes to aid colonization.

Is it really useful the harmonic scalpel in axillary dissection for locally advanced breast cancer? A case series [PDF]
Background. The seroma is one of the most common complications in the axillary lymph nodal dissection (different surgical approaches have been tried to reduce the seroma incidence).
