Nearly all cases of cryptococcosis in koalas are caused by Cryptococcus gattii species complex. A rare case of meningitis due to Cryptococcus neoformans VNI/AFLP1 (abbreviated VNI) is described in a koala with nasal colonisation by both species complexes.

Three Cases of Axillary Nerve Injury
We have experienced 3 cases of motor disorder of the shoulder and sensory extrication of the lateral aspect of the shoulder due to strokes. Different from Duchenne-Erb and Klumpke type paralysis of brachial plexus in symptom, functional disturbance of fingers and bending disorder of the elbow joint were recognized.
