Large Language Models Versus Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Decisions in Thyroid Cancer. [PDF]
Laryngoscope Investig OtolaryngolThis study compared treatment recommendations generated by ChatGPT 5.2 and Gemini 3.0 with real‐world multidisciplinary tumor board decisions in 59 consecutive thyroid cancer patients. ChatGPT showed higher concordance with MDT decisions than Gemini, with exact agreement rates of 71.2% and 64.4%, respectively.
