Substrate specificities and activities of AZAP family Arf GAPs in vivo
American Journal of Physiology-Cell Physiology, 2008The ADP-ribosylation factor (Arf) GTPases are important regulators of vesicular transport in eukaryotic cells. Like other GTPases, the Arfs require guanine nucleotide exchange factors to facilitate GTP loading and GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs) to promote GTP hydrolysis.

2023Azap Dağı (Erzurum-Horasan) ve çevresinde yer alan Kalender, Azap ve Mollamelik köylerinde halkın gıda amaçlı kullandığı bitkiler, kullanım amaçları ve yöresel adları tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada halkın gıda amaçlı kullandığı 22 familya, 43 cins ve 62 taksona ait toplam 69 kullanım belirlenmiştir.

Contribution of AZAP-Type Arf GAPs to cancer cell migration and invasion.
Advances in cancer research, 2009Arf GAPs are a family of proteins with a common catalytic domain that induces hydrolysis of GTP bound to the small GTP-binding protein Arf. The proteins are otherwise structurally diverse. Several subtypes of Arf GAPs have been found to be targets of oncogenes and to control cell proliferation and cell migration.
