Fractional Nikiforov‐Uvarov Formalism for Dunkl‐Schrödinger Equation With Deng‐Fan Molecular Model

open access: yesInternational Journal of Quantum Chemistry, Volume 126, Issue 19, October 5, 2026.
The effect of Dunkl deformation parameters on energy eigenvalues of Deng‐Fan potential (DFP) is evaluated using conformable fractional Nikiforov‐Uvarov method. Our results show that energy eigenvalues of DFP for selected diatomic molecules are significantly influenced by the Dunkl deformation parameter, fractional parameter, kinetic pre‐factor and ...

National and Subnational Trends in Ischemic Heart Disease Burden in Iran, 1990–2023: A Systematic Review

open access: yesClinical Cardiology, Volume 49, Issue 10, October 2026.
In Iran, age‐standardized ischemic heart disease mortality and incidence declined from 1990 to 2019, while absolute incident cases increased substantially. Burden remained higher in men and older adults, with marked provincial variation, highlighting the need for stronger prevention and more standardized national surveillance.

Improved Antioxidant Properties of Pistacia lentiscus L. Oleo‐gum Resin Essential Oil Extracted by Superheated Steam: Process Optimization and Chemical Characterization

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.
Pistacia lentiscus L. oleo‐gum resin was subjected to different extraction techniques, including hydro‐distillation, superheated steam extraction, and steam distillation, for the extraction of EO. The extracted EOs were characterized by GC–MS analysis and further evaluated for their antioxidant and antimicrobial activities.

Genotype × Year Interaction Dominates Mineral Variation in Berry Fractions of Eight Vitis labrusca Cultivars

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.
Thirteen macro‐ and micronutrients were quantified in the seed, skin, pulp and juice of eight Vitis labrusca cultivars grown under uniform, nonirrigated and non‐fertilized conditions over two seasons (2024–2025). The year × cultivar interaction was significant for 49 of 52 fraction × element combinations and explained the largest share of variance ...

“Silent Suffering”: Affirming Iranian Women's Right to Sexual Health Through a Whatsapp‐Based “Good Enough Sex” Counseling Program: A Parallel‐Group Randomized Controlled Trial

open access: yesHealth Science Reports, Volume 9, Issue 10, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Introduction Infertility profoundly affects women's sexual health and psychological well‐being, particularly in cultures where childbearing defines female identity and sexuality remains a taboo subject. In Iran, no randomized controlled trial has evaluated a culturally adapted digital psychosexual intervention for infertile women. Methods This

Macro‐ and micromorphological insights into Iranian Onobrychis subgenus Onobrychis Miller (Fabaceae): exploring fruit traits for taxonomic clarity

open access: yesNordic Journal of Botany, Volume 2026, Issue 10, October 2026.
This study provides a comprehensive examination of fruit morphology and micromorphology characteristics of 28 populations of Onobrychis subgenus Onobrychis taxa from Iran, using both light and scanning electron microscopy. For each trait, 25 replicates were analyzed, encompassing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative traits.

Phytochemicals as Multitarget Therapeutics in Pancreatic Cancer: Mechanisms, Clinical Evidence, and Translational Challenges

open access: yesPhytotherapy Research, Volume 40, Issue 10, Page 5973-5987, October 2026.
Pancreatic cancer, particularly pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, is aggressive and often diagnosed late, making treatment challenging. This review highlights the potential of phytochemicals, such as curcumin and quercetin, as multitarget agents that influence key carcinogenic pathways. These compounds exhibit anticancer effects by inhibiting processes

Full‐Waveform Seismic Tomography of the Upper Mantle Beneath the Arabia‐Eurasia Collision Zone

open access: yesGeochemistry, Geophysics, Geosystems, Volume 27, Issue 10, October 2026.
Abstract Despite being one of the most recent major orogenic events, the timing of the Arabia‐Eurasia collision is still debated. Much of the discrepancy arises due to uncertainties over the amount of continental subduction of the Arabian passive margin and the timing of a hard collision of cratonic Arabian lithosphere with Eurasia.
