This study presents a novel quantum dot electrophoretic display (QDEPD), which combines electro‐controlled reflection and optically‐triggered emission to achieve efficient multi‐modal switching within a single pixel. By incorporating multi‐component nanostructures, the system enhances functional integration and multi‐modal response capabilities.

Decolorization of Ponceau Red 4R with TiO2/ZnO: Effect of calcination temperature and Fe addition
Abstract The photocatalytic degradation of azo dyes using semiconductor oxides has emerged as a promising strategy for wastewater remediation. In this study, pure, mixed, and Fe‐doped oxide catalysts based on Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide were synthesized and evaluated for the degradation of Ponceau 4R under ultraviolet irradiation.

An Improved Method for Removal of Azo Dye Orange II from Textile Effluent Using Albumin as Sorbent
Azo dyes are generally resistant to biodegradation due to their complex structures. Acid orange II is one of the most widely used dyes in the textile industry.

Abstract BACKGROUND Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactors are widely used in low‐ and middle‐income countries, but secondary effluents may still contain organic micropollutants and residual toxicity. This study evaluated UV–Vis photolysis and UV/H2O2 as post‐treatment options for UASB secondary effluent (SE), integrating micropollutant ...

Decolorization of Orange-G Aqueous Solutions over C60/MCM-41 Photocatalysts
The majority of the photocatalysts studied for azo-dye degradation are based on semiconductor materials. Studies reported on non-semiconducting materials are very scarce.
