On one-soliton solutions of the Q2 equation in the ABS list
In this paper, we derive seed and 1-soliton solutions of the Q2 equation in the Adler–Bobenko–Suris list. The seed solutions of Q2 are obtained using those of Q1(δ) $\mbox{Q}1(\delta)$ and an non-auto Bäcklund transformation connecting them.

Symbolic computation, Bäcklund transformation and analytic N-soliton-like solution for a nonlinear Schrödinger equation with nonuniformity term from certain space/laboratory plasmas [PDF]
With symbolic computation, a bilinear Bäcklund transformation is presented for a nonlinear Schrödinger equation with nonuniformity term from certain space/laboratory plasmas, and correspondingly the one-soliton-like solution is derived from the Bäcklund ...

New version of Bäcklund transformations in Euclidean 3-space [PDF]
In this paper, we study the Bäcklund transformations for the adjoint curve in the Euclidean 3-space. Firstly, it is obtained some essential equations of the Bäcklund transformation.

Painlevé analysis and Bäcklund transformation for a three-dimensional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation [PDF]
In this paper, we have analysed the integrability properties of a three-dimensional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation by Painlevé test and the associated Bäcklund transformation is constructed straightforwardly from the Painlevé ...

The Lattice Structure of Connection Preserving Deformations for q-Painlevé Equations I
We wish to explore a link between the Lax integrability of the q-Painlevé equations and the symmetries of the q-Painlevé equations. We shall demonstrate that the connection preserving deformations that give rise to the q-Painlevé equations may be thought

A vector asymmetrical NNV equation: Soliton solutions, bilinear Bäcklund transformation and Lax pair [PDF]
A vector asymmetrical Nizhnik–Novikov–Veselov (NNV) equation is proposed based on its bilinear form. Soliton solutions expressed by Pfaffians are obtained.

The Maxwell equations as a Bäcklund transformation
Bäcklund transformations (BTs) are a useful tool for integrating nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs). However, the significance of BTs in linear problems should not be ignored.

Generalized x-dependent modified Korteweg-de Vries equation: Painlevé analysis, Bäcklund transformation and soliton solutions [PDF]
We point out how the Painlevé analysis of solutions of the generalized x-dependent modified Korteweg-de Vries equation systematically provides the integrability properties of the equation.
