Dioxins and furans in cow milk and dairy products: A review of the scientific literature

Environmental dioxins and furans reach the food chain including milk. Polychlorinated dibenzo‐p‐dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) are a group of persistent organic pollutants with well‐known toxic effects and potential carcinogenicity. Human exposure to PCDD/Fs is mainly through food, including dairy products.

This paper presents a synthesis of a volumetric ring antenna array for a terrestrial coverage pattern. This synthesis regards the spacing among the rings on the planes X‐Y, the positions of the rings on the plane X‐Z, and uniform and concentric excitations. The optimization is carried out by implementing the particle swarm optimization.

Effects of the Different Dietary Fish Oil Calcium Salt on Production Performance, Blood Biochemical Parameters, Egg Quality Traits and Yolk Fatty Acid Profile in Laying Hens at Peak Production Period

Dietary supplementation with fish oil calcium salt improved laying performance, yolk fatty acid profile and egg quality traits during the peak production period. Higher inclusion levels significantly increased n‐3 PUFA content without negative effects on bird health, while moderate levels (0.75%) optimized performance and productivity.
