Plasma‐Sequence‐Engineered Atomic Layer Deposition of Ultra‐Thin SiNx for Enhanced Etching Resistance in Extreme Ultraviolet Pellicles

Plasma‐sequence‐engineered ALD (PSE‐ALD), based on sequential NH3 and N2 plasma pulses, enables ultrathin, dense SiNx films. ToF‐MS analysis confirms ligand removal via HCl evolution, while increased film density indicates network densification. The resulting SiNx coating provides robust protection of graphite under H2 plasma exposure.

Magnesium–ZrO2 nanocomposites fabricated via powder metallurgy exhibited enhanced density, magnetic saturation (up to 14 emu/g), and wear resistance. Uniform nanoparticle dispersion improved bonding and reduced delamination, demonstrating strong potential for lightweight, multifunctional applications in aerospace and automotive engineering.

TGA/DTA‐Based Sintering Optimization of Al‐Graphene‐B4C Hybrid Composites and Effect on Mechanical and Tribological Behavior

Thermal analysis‐based (TGA/DTA) sintering provides a composition‐dependent route for optimizing Al‐graphene‐B4C hybrid composites. TGA/DTA identifies mass‐change intervals and suitable sintering temperature ranges, while XRD and SEM/EDX observations support phase and microstructural evaluation.
