Molecular Docking‐Guided Engineering of TPGS/Tween 80 Mixed Micelles for the Intranasal Delivery of Paliperidone Palmitate

open access: yesAdvanced Therapeutics, Volume 9, Issue 8, August 2026.
A nanoscale drug delivery system is developed to improve how an antipsychotic reaches the brain. Using computer‐guided design, mixed micelles are engineered to enhance drug solubility and nasal transport. The system shows improved release and effectiveness in animal models, reducing symptoms while maintaining brain safety and structure.
