ABSTRACT Background Peptic ulcer disease (PUD) continues to be a health issue, mainly due to Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection and non‐steroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Despite better treatment of H. pylori and use of proton pump inhibitors, the rate of reduction in PUD complications is slowing down.

Clinical outcomes of the chemo‐free approach in relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma: A network meta‐analysis

Graphical overview of the network meta‐analysis (NMA) evaluating chemo‐free approaches for relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (R/R FL). Epcoritamab plus rituximab (R2) achieved the highest cumulative ranking probability (SUCRA) across efficacy end‐points but increases the risk of predictable toxicity over anti‐CD20 monotherapy.

Summary Diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) type Richter transformation (DLBCL‐RT) in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) has a worse prognosis compared to de novo DLBCL (dnDLBCL). We investigated outcomes of patients with DLBCL‐RT with or without previous CLL‐directed therapy compared to dnDLBCL between 2002 and 2022.
