RADIATIVE B MESON DECAY [PDF]

open access: yesB Physics and CP Violation, 2001
We studied radiative B meson decays with the Belle detector. We measured the following branching fractions; Br(B->K*0(892) ) = (49.6 \pm 6.7 \pm 4.5) x 10^{-6}, Br(B->K*+(892) ) = (38.9 \pm 9.3 \pm 4.1) x 10^{-6}, Br(B->Xs ) = (3.39 \pm 0.53 \pm 0.42 +0.51-0.55) x 10^{-4}.

Dark matter and B -meson anomalies in a flavor dependent gauge symmetry [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2019
A possibility of explaining the anomalies in the semileptonic $B$-meson decay $B \to K^{*} \mu \bar\mu$ has been explored in the framework of the gauged $U(1)_{\mu-\tau}$ symmetry.

Rank-one flavor violation and B-meson anomalies [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
We assume that the quark-flavor coefficients matrix of the semileptonic operators addressing the neutral-current B-meson anomalies has rank-one, i.e. it can be described by a single vector in quark-flavor space.

Study of B Meson Decays with Excited eta and eta' Mesons [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical review letters, 2008
Using 383 million BBbar pairs from the BaBar data sample, we report results for branching fractions of six charged B-meson decay modes, where a charged kaon recoils against a charmless resonance decaying to KKbar* or etapipi final states with mass in the range (1.2-1.8)gev/c^2. We observe a significant enhancement at the low KK*bar invariant mass which

Higher-twist B-meson distribution amplitudes in HQET [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
A bstractWe present a systematic study of higher-twist distribution amplitudes (DAs) of the B-meson which give rise to power-suppressed 1/mB contributions to B-decays in final states with energetic light particles in the framework of QCD factorization ...

Baryogenesis from B meson oscillations [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2019
We show how CP violating B meson oscillations in conjunction with baryon number violating decays can generate the cosmological asymmetry between matter and anti-matter, and explore the parameter space of a simple, self-contained model, which can be ...

The decays of $$\bar{B}^0$$ B¯0 , $$\bar{B}^0_s$$ B¯s0 and $$B^-$$ B- into $$\eta _c$$ ηc plus a scalar or vector meson

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2018
We investigate the decays of $$\bar{B}^0_s$$ B¯s0 , $$\bar{B}^0$$ B¯0 and $$B^-$$ B- into $$\eta _c$$ ηc plus a scalar or vector meson in a theoretical framework by taking into account the dominant process for the weak decay of $$\bar{B}$$ B¯ meson into $

New methods for B meson decay constants and form factors from lattice NRQCD [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
We determine the normalization of scalar and pseudoscalar current operators made from nonrelativistic b quarks and highly improved staggered light quarks in lattice quantum chromodynamics (QCD) through OðαsÞ and ΛQCD=mb. We use matrix elements of these

B Meson Anomalies in a Pati-Salam Model within the Randall-Sundrum Background. [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2018
Lepton number as a fourth color is the intriguing theoretical idea of the famous Pati-Salam (PS) model. While in conventional PS models, the symmetry breaking scale and the mass of the resulting vector leptoquark are stringently constrained by K_{L}→μe ...

Rapidity resummation for B-meson wave functions

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2014
Transverse-momentum dependent (TMD) hadronic wave functions develop light-cone divergences under QCD corrections, which are commonly regularized by the rapidity ζ of gauge vector defining the non-light-like Wilson lines.
