A correlation between distribution of hydrotherms and seismic character of different regions of BRZ is considered. The conclusion is made that the deep-circulation waters, a peculiar “grease”, can provoke a gradual discharge of stresses accumulated in the Earth’s ernst to promote earthquake swarms, i.e., to activize seismic environment.
