Background Anorexia Nervosa (AN) has been linked to altered self‐regulatory control processes and maladaptive habitual avoidance behavior. Auxin response and PIN‐mediated transport in chlorophyte algae

Like multicellular plants, green algae respond to auxin and move it across their cells. However, their PIN‐like proteins do not act like plant auxin exporters, suggesting that basic auxin transport evolved early and specialized directional transport appeared later in plant evolution.

Financial Fragility and the Fiscal Multiplier

Abstract We show that undercapitalized banks with large holdings of government bonds subject to sovereign default risk lead to a new crowding‐out channel: deficit‐financed fiscal stimuli lead to higher bond yields, triggering capital losses for the banks. Banks then cut back loans, which reduces fiscal multipliers.
