English Language Learning and Web Platform Design : the Case of Dyslexic Users
The use of e-learning in education has seen an unprecedented increase, especially in the case of second language (L2) learning. However, little attention has been devoted to advanced technology-based approaches to teaching English to dyslexic students ...

In an invasive beetle–fungus complex, the mutualist Leptographium procerum induces host HSP83 and modulates Toll‐dependent antifungal immunity. HSP83 mediates two‐tiered control by associating with selected fungal recognition receptors and restraining Dorsal‐driven antimicrobial peptide transcription.

Tumor‐associated inflammation retains antibody‐targeted or non‐specific antibody conjugated nanoparticles within the tumor microenvironment. Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI) enables non‐invasive detection and differentiation of tumors from other organs, owing to higher nanoparticle retention by inflammatory cells in the tumor periphery.

AI‑guided single‑cell transcriptomics identifies OGT as a key regulator enriched in rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast‑like synoviocytes (RA‐FLSs). Inflammatory stimuli activate the OGT–SAP130 axis, which modulates the H3K27ac/H3K27me3 balance and epigenetically silences BTG2, promoting aggressive transformation of RA‑FLSs.

CAF‐derived exosomes deliver circFAD104 into TNBC cells, where it acts as a molecular scaffold that bridges the E3 ligase MARCHF8 and PGM1, promoting MARCHF8‐mediated K48‐linked ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of PGM1. Loss of PGM1 redirects glucose‐phosphate flux from glycogen synthesis toward glycolysis, thereby driving stemness, EMT, and ...

In the post‐stroke brain, Foxa2 induces the transcriptional upregulation of Nrsn1 in NSCs. Nrsn1 functionally couples with Smarcc1, modulating its nuclear availability and protein abundance, thereby influencing Smarcc1‐associated regulatory programs linked to neuronal lineage commitment. Through this coupling, Nrsn1 promotes the differentiation of NSCs

QuEChERS/HPLC-MS/MS method for determination of diazepam and its metabolites in fish feed and bait
A study has established a method for the simultaneous determination of diazepam and its metabolites in fish feed and bait using dispersive solid-phase extraction (QuEChERS) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry ...

A new class of lysosome‐directed molecular glue degraders selectively enhance CAPRIN1–APP interactions, driving APP degradation and reducing amyloid‐β production in human neurons and Alzheimer's disease mouse models. This CAPRIN1‐dependent targeted protein degradation strategy reveals a previously unrecognized therapeutic approach for disrupting the ...
