Inflammatory cytokine IL‐6 regulates ADAMTS14 expression through MAPK and PI3K signaling in colorectal cancer

Interleukin‐6 induces ADAMTS14 expression in colorectal cancer cells. ADAMTS14 is transcriptionally regulated at the promoter level. Mitogen‐Activated Protein Kinase, Phosphatidylinositol 3‐Kinase, and Nuclear Factor Kappa B pathways mediate interleukin‐6‐induced ADAMTS14 expression.
