Balancing numbers $n$ are originally defined as the solution of the Diophantine equation $1+2+\cdots+(n-1)=(n+1)+\cdots+(n+r)$, where $r$ is called the balancer corresponding to the balancing number $n$. By slightly modifying, $n$ is the cobalancing number with the cobalancer $r$ if $1+2+\cdots+n=(n+1)+\cdots+(n+r)$.

Balanced binary trees in the Tamari lattice [PDF]

We show that the set of balanced binary trees is closed by interval in the Tamari lattice. We establish that the intervals [T0, T1] where T0 and T1 are balanced trees are isomorphic as posets to a hypercube. We introduce tree patterns and synchronous grammars to get a functional equation of the generating series enumerating balanced tree intervals.

ICP34.5 is one of the most important antihost response proteins. The saRNA‐encoding HSV‐1 neurovirulence protein ICP34.5 clearly mediated the eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha subunit (eIF2α) dephosphorylation and significant suppression of innate immune responses in vitro, leading to enhanced expression of the saRNA‐encoded gene.
