硬化性苔藓样变性(lichen sclerosus, LS)是由Hallopeau于1887年首次提出[1],男性硬化性苔藓样变性(MGLSc)早些年因其三大典型临床症状:表皮干燥、病变组织皮下动脉闭塞、龟头炎,Stuhmer又将其称为干燥闭塞性龟头炎(Balanitis xerotica obliterans, BXO)[2]。而在1976年,“干燥闭塞性龟头炎”的疾病名称已被国际外阴疾病研究学会正式废除[3]。关于LS的病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗尚无定论[4-5],本文围绕以上方面作一综述。
