1001–24 Local Delivery of Urokinase to Porcine Coronary Arteries Using the Localmed Infusion Sleeve [PDF]
Local Delivery of thrombolytic agents may reduce thrombus formation after balloon angioplasty. The Localmed Infusion Sleeve enables localized infusion of urokinase to be performed at the time of balloon angioplasty without the need for catheter exchange ...

Real Time Hemodynamic Monitoring During M‐TEER Using Electrical Cardiometry
ABSTRACT Background Mitral regurgitation is a common valvular dysfunction causing patient morbidity and mortality. Mitral transcatheter edge‐to‐edge repair (M‐TEER) allows grasping of valvular leaflets and approximation via a small implant, thus reducing mitral regurgitation (MR).

Thrombus aspiration catheter is a Dottering balloon
Coronary angiogram in a young man with history of STEMI with delayed presentation revealed subtotal occlusion of left anterior descending artery (LAD) with large thrombotic filling defect distal to the critical lesion. PCI was preferred without delay because of ongoing chest pain.

GuideLiner Balloon Assisted Tracking (GBAT): A New Addition to the Interventional Toolbox
The use of guide extension catheters, such as GuideLiner, allows for increased guide support and facilitates device delivery in tortuous vessels. In cases which the GuideLiner catheter cannot be advanced even with balloon anchoring technique, we inflate ...

ABSTRACT We describe a novel variation of hybrid TPVR using a tricuspid annuloplasty ring which can be considered for patients with very large RVOT, short pulmonary artery, and limited vascular access and to avoid the risk of cardiopulmonary bypass. The utilization of Carpentier‐Edwards Physio Tricuspid annuloplasty ring can reduce the size of the RVOT
