Cardava Banana Peel Charcoal Briquettes
This study explores the use of Cardava banana (Musa acuminata × balbisiana) peels as a main ingredient in making charcoal briquettes. The research was conducted to find out if banana peels can be a good substitute for wood charcoal and if they are acceptable and marketable to consumers.
