Revista de Derecho Público, 2016 Hoy estamos discutiendo la autonomia del Banco Central, pero creo que en algun tiempo mas estaremos discutiendo sobre si debe o no existir un Banco Central. Confieso que soy un entusiasta partidario de la autonomia, aunque reconozco que no es para nada un concepto obvio, y de hecho existe una gran polemica en esta materia, en Chile y en el mundo.
