Tunable superconducting band-stop filters
1998 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest (Cat. No.98CH36192), 2002Electrically tunable notch filters based on bulk single crystal SrTiO/sub 3/ (STO) parallel-plate resonators with High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) electrodes are reported. The filters operate at temperatures below 90 K. The center frequency, located in the range 0.5-2.0 GHz, can be controlled with an applied voltage, in some cases more than 100%.

Integrated Terahertz Band-Stop Filter Based on Effective Medium
2021 46th International Conference on Infrared, Millimeter and Terahertz Waves (IRMMW-THz), 2021We propose a terahertz band-stop filter based on substrateless effective-medium-clad dielectric waveguides. The Bragg grating filter is built into a single high-resistivity silicon wafer and operates at the WR-3 band (220-330 GHz) with the in-plane polarization.

Design of a Band-Stop Filter for a Space Shuttle Vehicle
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, 2015Due to the structural coupling of a space shuttle vehicle, the selection of a suitable controller gain has been a difficult task. However, this task is very critical as it will affect the performance of the controller. In this brief, a band-stop filter is constructed by using a combined network of a low-pass filter and a high-pass filter. On this basis,

Computational Efficiency of Interpolated Band-Stop Filters
2020 1st International Conference Problems of Informatics, Electronics, and Radio Engineering (PIERE), 2020A structure of an interpolated band-stop FIR filter is proposed. Relations of computational efficiency, increase of many registers, optimal interpolation coefficient, and maximum computational efficiency coefficient depending on the width of stop and transition bands are obtained.

Human voice filtering with band-stop filter design in MATLAB
2017 International Conference on Broadband Communication, Wireless Sensors and Powering (BCWSP), 2017This paper discusses human voice filtering. The filtering was done by attenuating human voice's frequencies within a song's frequencies using filter design. Band-stop filter design is one of filter design that is used in this research. The band-stop filter design uses one type of windowing that is the Butterworth windowing.

Band-stop Filter Design of Coplanar Stripline
2007 Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference, 2007In MIMO system, the effect of mutual coupling between the antennas influences and often deteriorates the transmission capacity of the wireless communications. In this paper, band-stop filters using spur-line and CPS structures between two antennas are proposed to reduced the effect of the coupling.

Miniaturized multiband matched band-stop filter
2011 IEEE International RF & Microwave Conference, 2011Multiple stop-bands are required in order to suppress interference in radio spectrum with multiple wireless systems operating in it. In addition, wireless communication systems usually require small devices to fulfill the miniaturization requirements and simplicity of mobile unit.

Compact LHM-based band-stop filter
2010 10th Mediterranean Microwave Symposium, 2010A compact, low-insertion-loss, high selective band-stop filter is proposed. The filter is composed of four unit cells, two of which are anti-symmetrically connected left-handed metamaterial (LHM) unit cells in combination with their mirror images to obtain the symmetric return losses at both ports.

Magnetically Tunable Band-Stop Filters
IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, 1965Techniques for the design of magnetically tunable band-stop filters using ferrimagnetic garnet resonators (such as yttrium-iron-garnet spheres) are presented. Design for prescribed response, starting from a low-pass lumped-element prototype filter is outlined.

Switchable Band-Stop Filter for M.I.C.
14th European Microwave Conference, 1984, 1984A switchable filter structure using transmission lines switched by means of PIN diodes permits to obtain according to the bias diode state either a transfer function band-stop or a transfer function pseudo all pass. This switchable filter consists of : quarter-wave open-circuited lines separated by quarter-wave series lines, beam lead PIN diodes and ...
