Deterministic Fiber‐Optic Spectral Engineering Enables Three‐Color Multiplexed Two‐Photon Microscopy
A simulation‐guided spectral‐engineering framework maps the nonlinear parameter space of a fiber laser platform to identify balanced three‐band excitation states. The resulting 960, 1080, and 1175 nm femtosecond pulses deliver nJ‐level energies for low‐cross‐talk chromatically multiplexed two‐photon microscopy.

Grating‐Lens Empowered Metafiber for Large‐Angle Light Collection With 3D Nanoprinted Structures
A grating‐lens‐based Metafiber enables efficient light coupling into single‐mode fibers at large incidence angles. By combining diffraction and focusing on the fiber facet using a 3D nanoprinted holographic structure, light is selectively coupled only at specific angles while suppressing unwanted signals. HoloSpec: Dispersion‐Based 4D Computational Holographic Hyperspectral Imaging
HoloSpec, a compact dispersion‐based computational holographic system, achieves four‐dimensional imaging by retrieving 3D spatial structure and high‐resolution spectra from only two monochromatic snapshots. Using a single prism and a monochrome sensor, it resolves 430 spectral channels with 3 nm experimental resolution and 30 μm$\mathrm{\mu}\mathrm{m}$

Parallel Multi‐Target Detection for Quantum LiDAR
Parallel multi‐target detection is achieved in quantum LiDAR with a single‐pixel quantum readout. Direction and distance information are extracted together, allowing multiple objects to be distinguished under noisy low‐light conditions and pointing to a new strategy for scan‐free quantum remote sensing.
