Self-tuning bandpass filter [PDF]
An electronic filter is described which simultaneously maintains a constant bandwidth and a constant center frequency gain as the input signal frequency varies, and remains self-tuning to that center frequency over a decade range.

Understanding the Effects of Conductive Polymer Electrode Coating on Recorded Neural Signals
Conductive polymer coatings are widely explored to improve the quality of signals recorded with chronically implanted neural electrodes, offering enhanced biocompatibility along with reduced electrode impedance. Combining computational modelling and data from PEDOT:PTS coated and PtIr electrodes in rats, we show that improvements in signal quality with

Adaptive centre-frequency bandpass state-space digital filters and their l2-sensitivity analysis
This paper explores an adaptive centre-frequency bandpass state-space digital filter by expanding a sign algorithm into the gradient-based method. To this end, a simple method for deriving a bandpass state-space digital filter with tuneable centre ...

The letter presents some new results associated with one bandpass (b.p.) filter configuration of the integrated uniform R0-C0KR0 structure consisting of two rectangular resistive films, one having per-unit-length (p.u.l.) constant series resistance R0 and the other KR0 (where K is a dimensionless constant), separated from each other by a dielectric ...

ABSTRACT Magnetogenetic deep brain stimulation (MG‐DBS) represents a wireless neuromodulation that has demonstrated long‐lasting behavioral benefits in Parkinson's disease models. However, the circuit‐level mechanisms underlying these therapeutic effects have remained uncharacterized due to limitations of conventional neural interfaces.

This study developed a bioprinted co‐culture system embedding rat pancreatic islets and Scenedesmus sp. microalgae spatially defined in close vicinity. Red light was found optimal to ensure microalgal photosynthesis while maintaining islet viability and functionality. A tailored co‐culture medium supported both cell types.

Reflectionless Bandpass Filters Using Two Dual Bandpass Filters
ABSTRACT A reflectionless filter is designed based on the dual‐circuit theory. Two types of reflection‐less filters are presented for this methodology. The proposed configuration consists of two dual branches. Two dual‐bandpass filters are used in two branches of the structure, which are connected using Wilkinson‐like power dividers ...
