Ecologically‐Valid Emotion Signatures Enhance Mood Disorder Diagnostics
This study identifies ecologically‐valid Divergent Emotional Functional Networks (DEFN), derived from dynamic functional connectivity during naturalistic movie watching. The DEFN reliably enhances diagnostic accuracy for mood disorders, including major depressive and bipolar disorders, demonstrating strong reproducibility across demographic factors and

Midbrain PAG Astrocytes Modulate Mouse Defensive and Panic‐Like Behaviors
Astrocytes in the midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG) dynamically encode threat intensity and shape defensive action selection in mice. Real‐time Ca2+ imaging reveals robust astrocytic activation during predator odor and CO2 exposure. Aberrant astrocytic Ca2+ overactivation disrupts goal‐directed escape, biases behavior toward freezing, and induces ...

Characteristics-Based Design of Generalized- Exponent Bandpass Filters
We develop characteristics-based filter design methods for certain related classes of IIR bandpass filters that have a peak including Generalized-Exponent Filters (GEFs) which are represented as second-order filters raised to non-unitary exponents.

An edge-coupled magnetostatic bandpass filter
This paper reports on the design, fabrication, and characterization of an edge-coupled magnetostatic forward volume wave bandpass filter. Using micromachining techniques, the filter is fabricated from a yttrium iron garnet (YIG) film grown on a gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG) substrate with inductive transducers.

Rigid Hollow Microparticles for Enhanced Focused Ultrasound Treatment Under Optoacoustic Guidance
By combining focused ultrasound (FUS) and acoustically active hollow borosilicate microparticles (HBMPs), we demonstrate tunable control over interparticle dynamics and their localized thermal energy deposition. Modulation of acoustic frequency and particle concentration tailors the energy delivery, allowing adaptive, material‐based regulation of ...

Single‐Mitochondrion ATP Profiling Directs Discovery of Targetable OXPHOS Dependency in Cancers
MitoATP‐nFCM integrates nano‐flow cytometry with fluorogenic probes (ATP/membrane potential) and antibodies to quantify mitochondrial metabolites and protein expression at single‐organelle resolution, exposing oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS)‐driven metabolic rewiring in cancers.

Universal Current-Conveyor-Based Current-Mode Filters with Single Input and Three Outputs
Universal active current-mode filters with single input and three outputs are presented. The proposed filters avoid the use of external feedback in any part of the circuit and use grounded resistors and grounded capacitors.
