Compact Wide-Frequency Tunable Filter With Switchable Bandpass and Bandstop Frequency Response

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
In this paper, a novel compact wide-frequency tunable filter with switchable bandpass and bandstop frequency response is presented. By employing two PIN diodes between the source and load port, the bandpass and bandstop filtering response can be switched,

Novel SRR loaded waveguide bandstop filters [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
Two types of novel split ring resonator (SRR) loaded rectangular waveguide bandstop filter structures have been presented. The first proposed SRR-loaded waveguide bandstop filter has been designed simulated and tested.

Dual-mode microstrip bandstop filters

open access: yes2008 Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference, 2008
In this study, we proposed a novel bandstop filter using a square loop resonator. Dual-mode microstrip bandstop filters are designed and realized by employing two degenerate modes of a dual-mode microstrip square loop resonators. Microstrip loop resonators have been used extensively for bandpass filter applications.

Characterizing a Tune All Bandstop Filter [PDF]

open access: yes2009 International Microwave Workshop Series on Signal Integrity and High-Speed Interconnects, 2009
In this paper a reconfigurable bandstop filter able to reconfigure central frequency, bandwidth and selectivity for fine tuning applications is presented. The reconfigurable filter topology has four poles and a quasielliptic bandstop filter response. The filter is tuned by varactor diodes placed at different locations on the filter topology.

Abnormal Enhanced Gamma Synchronization in the Default Mode Network Associated With Chronic Pain. [PDF]

open access: yesEur J Neurol
This study enrolled 42 chronic pain patients and 42 healthy controls, applying phase‐based connectivity, graph theory, dynamic connectivity analyses, and machine learning to analyze EEG data. It revealed that chronic pain patients showed increased dynamic gamma synchronization within the default mode network (DMN), as well as enhanced resting‐state ...

Continuously Tunable Dual-Mode Bandstop Filter [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, 2018
A varactor-based tunable bandstop filter has been proposed in this article. The proposed filter is based on a dualmode circuit developed by introducing inductive and capacitive couplings into a notch filter. The frequency tunability is achieved by using varactor diodes instead of the lumped capacitors in the circuit.

Signal specific electric potential sensors for operation in noisy environments [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Limitations on the performance of electric potential sensors are due to saturation caused by environmental electromagnetic noise. The work described involves tailoring the response of the sensors to reject the main components of the noise, thereby ...
