Polymer Network Modified Perovskite for High‐Performance Pure Blue Light‐Emitting Diodes
A polymer network of poly(4‐vinylphenol) (PVPh) is introduced to improve pure blue perovskite light‐emitting diodes. PVPh effectively passivates defects, enhances film morphology, reduces lattice strain, and suppresses ion migration. These effects lead to record device performance, achieving 9.82% external quantum efficiency and stable blue emission at

Deconvolution Estimation in Measurement Error Models: The R Package decon
Data from many scientific areas often come with measurement error. Density or distribution function estimation from contaminated data and nonparametric regression with errors in variables are two important topics in measurement error models.

A rule-of-thumb for the variable bandwidth selection in kernel hazard rate estimation [PDF]
In nonparametric curve estimation the decision about the type of smoothing parameter is critical for the practical performance. The nearest neighbor bandwidth as introduced by Gefeller and Dette 1992 for censored data in survival analysis is specified by

This study demonstrates that memristors can replace conventional 2T–1C driving circuits with simplified 1T–1 m architectures by exploiting resistance switching. With ultra‐low switching voltages (< ±0.2 V) and multi‐level resistance states, the memristors precisely control the current injected into organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs).

CMT performance optimization algorithm based on union prediction of bandwidth and round trip time
Concurrent multipath transfer (CMT) uses the stream control transmission protocol's (SCTP) multihoming feature to distribute data across multiple end-to-end paths in a multihomed SCTP association.

Bandwidth Selection in Nonparametric Kernel Testing [PDF]
We propose a sound approach to bandwidth selection in nonparametric kernel testing. The main idea is to find an Edgeworth expansion of the asymptotic distribution of the test concerned.

Wafer‐scale two‐dimensioanl In2Se3 oxidized into InOx on sodium‐embedded beta‐alumina enables multifunctional reconfigurable electronics. Sodium ions accumulate within distinct spatial distribution under drain‐controlle and gate‐controlled operation. Drain‐control operation gives controllability of ultraviolet‐driven optoelectronic synaptic conductance

Rodeo: Sparse Nonparametric Regression in High Dimensions
We present a greedy method for simultaneously performing local bandwidth selection and variable selection in nonparametric regression. The method starts with a local linear estimator with large bandwidths, and incrementally decreases the bandwidth of ...

No-Switching Quantum Key Distribution using Broadband Modulated Coherent Light [PDF]
We realize an end-to-end no-switching quantum key distribution protocol using continuous-wave coherent light. We encode weak broadband Gaussian modulations onto the amplitude and phase quadratures of light beams at the Shannon's information limit. Our no-
